Workshop Zurich
Your machine is in the best hands with us. Our BERNINA-trained technicians take care of your BERNINA. Upon request, we also handle express orders so you won’t have to go without your machine for long. Our service points are the workshop in Oerlikon and the branch at Talacker.
Course Program Zurich
Our course offerings include over 250 courses annually on more than 50 creative topics. Discover sewing and crafting, or deepen your existing knowledge. We are happy to create a customized course for you upon request.
Machine Instructions
In addition to group courses, we offer training courses (introductory and advanced) for the BERNINA sewing machine, overlock machines, embroidery modules, and the DesignerPlus embroidery software.
When purchasing a new BERNINA, you will receive a one-hour instruction session worth 60 CHF for free. You will also receive an additional hour if the machine includes an embroidery module. Otherwise, one hour of instruction costs 60 CHF. Our sessions are private lessons for one person.
